最新消息新华社基多4月23日电 厄瓜多尔总统科雷亚23日宣布，该国西北部沿海地区17日发生的7.8级地震截至当地时间23日10时，17日的强震共造成646人死亡、130人失踪，另有超过1.2万人受伤，近万栋建筑被毁，造成2.6万人无家可归。搜救人员已从废墟中救出113名幸存者。

China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation has purchased 3000 dollars worth of relief supplies (rice)，transporting from Ecuadors capital Quito, is expected to arrive in the town of Canoa at 13:00 local time.

受厄瓜多尔国家卫生部委托，中国扶贫基金会中扶人道救援队、明珠救援联合西班牙、哥伦比亚等国心理医生在Plallita de coaque村、Coaque村开展联合医疗救助行动，向近百位患者提供诊疗服务，患者症状多为外伤感染。

Commissioned by the Ecuador national Ministry of health, China foundation for Poverty Alleviation humanitarian rescue team and Mingzhu rescue team combined with Spain、Colombia and other countries’psychological doctor, in the village Plallita de coaque ,and Coaque to carry out joint medical rescue operations, has provided medical servicesnearly to nearly one hundred patients , most patients with symptoms of trauma infection.

中国扶贫基金会中扶人道救援队、明珠救援联合华为公司向Canoa镇安置点受灾民众发放价值1万多美元的水、食品、生活用品等救灾物资，惠及该镇356户1500余人。同时针对Canoa镇灾后环境需要，开展消杀工作。

China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation humanitarian rescue team and Mingzhu rescue team combined with Huawei ，has provided more than 10000 dollars water、food、daily necessities and other relief materials to Canoa town resettlement point affected people, benefited 356 households more than 1500 people of the town . At the same time for the town of Canoa to environmental disaster needs, to carry out disinfection work.
